Role Summary
Seeking an experienced Middleware Engineer with strong IBM MQ expertise to support and modernize the enterprise messaging platform. The role will focus on IBM MQ administration, Native HA MQ, and migration from legacy MQ architectures to modern containerized platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and support IBM MQ environments.
- Implement and support Native HA MQ solutions.
- Assist with MQ containerization and modernization initiatives.
- Troubleshoot middleware incidents and ensure platform stability.
- Support platform upgrades, performance tuning, and automation.
Required Skills
- IBM MQ administration experience.
- Experience with Native HA MQ.
- Middleware support and production operations.
- Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Kubernetes/OpenShift knowledge preferred.
- Scripting and automation experience.
