Job Description:
Experience: 7+ years
Seeking an experienced Mainframe Application Developer with strong hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, REXX, DB2, and VSAM. The role involves application development, enhancements, operational support, and working effectively in an onsite-offshore delivery model. Strong communication, analytical, and customer-facing skills are required.

- Mainframe: COBOL, JCL, REXX, DB2, VSAM
- Application Development: Mainframe application development, enhancements, maintenance, operational support
- Delivery Model: Onsite-Offshore model, customer-facing experience
- Professional Skills: Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance, maintain, and support Mainframe applications.
- Work extensively with COBOL, JCL, REXX, DB2, and VSAM.
- Provide operational and production support for Mainframe applications.
- Analyze application issues and implement appropriate technical solutions.
- Participate in application enhancements and development activities.
- Work directly with customers and understand business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate effectively across onsite and offshore teams.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution.
- Communicate technical information clearly with customers and project teams.
- Follow established development, support, and delivery processes.
Preferred / Good-to-Have:
- 2–3 years of customer-facing experience.
- Experience working in an onsite-offshore delivery model.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
