Role Summary
The ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions for Bright speed business applications. The role will support order management, workflow automation, application enhancements, integrations, production support, and process modernization initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, forms, and business rules.
- Build integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications through APIs and middleware.
- Support order management, workflow orchestration, case management, and service fulfilment processes
- Troubleshoot defects and provide production support and maintenance activities.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, documentation, and deployment activities
- Collaborate with business teams, architects, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders o deliver solutions aligned with Bright speed priorities.
