Duration: 12+ Months
Project Scope:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager - Online/Digital Banking platforms with a strong background in enterprise applications and banking technology.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap.

Collaborate with business, technology, and banking stakeholders to deliver digital banking solutions.

Drive requirement gathering, prioritization, and product delivery.

Lead GenAI and RAG-based initiatives to enhance customer and business experiences.

Ensure scalable, secure, and high-availability product design and implementation.
Required Skills:
-
10+ years of Product Management / Technical Business Analysis experience on enterprise-scale applications.

Product Management experience with Banking customers, preferably Online/Digital Banking platforms.

Strong understanding of N-tier application architecture and end-to-end request lifecycle (UI → Services → Integrations → Data).

Deep knowledge of APIs, middleware, databases, backend services, and batch processing.

Experience translating business requirements into product roadmaps, user stories, and technical specifications.

Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns, synchronous/asynchronous workflows, and message queues.

Ability to review and document architecture, sequence flows, and integration designs.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with GenAI, Machine Learning, and AI-powered enterprise solutions.

Understanding RAG architecture, vector databases, embeddings, and vectorization.

Knowledge of chunking strategies (fixed, semantic, overlapping) and their impact on retrieval of quality.

Experience integrating AI/LLM solutions into enterprise applications.
Domain Preference: Online Banking, Digital Banking, Mobile Banking.
