Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Architect with strong expertise in AWS Glue, Snowflake, dbt, and enterprise ETL architecture to support a major Sales Compensation platform transformation from Varicent to Captivate.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable enterprise data integration and ETL solutions.
Architect and develop data pipelines using AWS Glue.
Design, develop, and optimize data transformation models using dbt.
Build and optimize cloud data warehouse solutions using Snowflake.
Define source-to-target mappings, data flows, and data quality frameworks.
Integrate data from SAP, Oracle HR, Salesforce, payroll systems, and other enterprise applications.
Establish data governance standards and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Must-Have Skills
AWS Glue – ETL pipeline development and architecture
Snowflake – Cloud data warehousing
dbt – Data transformation and modeling
Strong experience in ETL Architecture and Data Integration
Data Quality, Data Governance, and Data Mapping
12+ years of overall IT experience
Nice-to-Have Skills
Varicent / Captivate integration or migration experience
Sales Compensation / Incentive Compensation domain knowledge
SAP, Oracle HR, Salesforce, and payroll integrations
