Job Title: ReactJS Developer Location: Charlotte, NC – Hybrid Experience: 10+ Years Employment Type: Contract Job Description We are looking for an experienced ReactJS Developer with 10+ years of software development experience and strong hands-on expertise in building modern, scalable, and responsive web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong proficiency in ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and experience working with .NET/Java backend services, RDBMS, and Kubernetes/containerized environments. Required Skills - 10+ years of experience in software/web application development. - Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS. - Excellent knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript. - Strong experience with React Hooks, Redux, Context API, and state management. - Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design. - Experience developing scalable and high-performance web applications. - Strong experience with RESTful APIs and integration with backend services. - Experience with .NET or Java-based backend applications. - Strong knowledge of RDBMS such as SQL Server, Oracle, or PostgreSQL. - Experience with SQL, database design, queries, and performance optimization. - Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes/containerization. - Experience deploying and supporting applications in Kubernetes environments. - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices. - Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps. - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications using ReactJS. - Build reusable and scalable React components and front-end architectures. - Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML5 and CSS3. - Integrate front-end applications with REST APIs and backend services. - Work closely with backend developers to integrate .NET/Java services. - Develop and optimize SQL queries and work with relational databases. - Containerize applications using Docker and deploy/manage workloads in Kubernetes. - Troubleshoot application, database, and deployment issues. - Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards. - Write unit and integration tests and support application quality. - Collaborate with architects, developers, QA engineers, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders. - Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
