Job Title : Java Tech Lead

Location : Alpharetta, GA (Onsite)

Duration : 12 Months

Description:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of frontend applications using java 11.
Collaborate with product managers, ux/ui designers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the team.
Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team.

Mandatory Skills:

Proficient in Java 11 with a strong understanding of object oriented programming principles.
Experience in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React).
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Proven experience in leading development teams and managing project timelines.
Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL).
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 10 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Java and frontend technologies.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
