Complete job description
- Provide L2L3 support for Maximo issues via ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents within SLA escalate critical issues.
- Perform RCA on recurring issues and implement permanent fixes.
- Develop and customize Maximo apps, workflows, scripts, and escalations.
- Configure Maximo objects apps, attributes, relationships, domains.
- Develop Java classes and MBO Set extensions for business rules.
- Build and maintain integrations using MIF object structures, services. Write SQL queries to pull from database.
