Job Overview
We are looking for a strong Technology Lead with hands-on experience in AI/ML, AWS Cloud, MLOps, Python, Docker, Kubernetes, and data pipelines. The candidate will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing scalable AI/ML solutions in enterprise AWS environments.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud
- AI/ML model development, deployment, and lifecycle management
- Strong MLOps experience
- Advanced Python programming
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and/or Keras
- Docker and Kubernetes
- Data pipeline development and architecture
- AWS Compute, Storage, Database, Networking, and IAM
- Networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, Load Balancing
- Shell/Python scripting and automation
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Nice to Have
- Enterprise-scale MLOps implementations on AWS
- Generative AI / GenAI experience
- Advanced predictive analytics architectures
- Experience supporting large-scale AI/ML production environments
Additional Requirements
- Must be available to work onsite in North Palm Beach, FL
- Face-to-face interview is mandatory
- GC/USC candidates only
- Background check required
- 7-panel drug test required upon selection
