Job Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Lead AI Engineer who can also work as an AI Evangelist and Strategic Technology Thought Leader to drive AI-led transformation across Application Development (AD) and Application Maintenance Services (AMS).
The candidate will be responsible for hands-on AI engineering while also guiding the client team on AI strategy, adoption, and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on engineering efforts to accelerate Application Development using SDLC.ai practices.
- Act as an AI Evangelist, shaping the client's AI roadmap and driving awareness and adoption across teams.
- Provide technical leadership while remaining actively hands-on in development.
- Identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and productivity improvements across AD and AMS.
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to execute AI transformation initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend practical solutions.
- Establish best practices for integrating AI into the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor engineering teams and promote effective AI adoption.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT/software engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in AI Engineering / Generative AI.
- Strong experience with AWS Cloud.
- Experience leading AI-driven application development initiatives.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and AI-assisted software development.
- Experience acting as an AI Evangelist / Technology Thought Leader.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- B.Tech or equivalent degree.
- AI-related certification required.
- Must be available for a face-to-face interview in Irvine, CA.
- GC / USC candidates only.
