Role: Oracle ERP Fusion Security Analyst
Location: Watsonville , CA ( Hybrid )

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Security Analyst/Administrator to support security and administration across Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, and OTM applications. The role focuses on user access, role design, auditing, security troubleshooting, and SaaS environment support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage user access, provisioning, and role-based security in Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Oracle Fusion security roles (RMD).
- Manage auditing and access controls using Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
- Support Oracle SaaS patching, quarterly releases, refreshes, monitoring, and configuration.
- Migrate technical objects including BIP, BICC, and ESS Jobs.
- Manage Oracle MOS Service Requests and ServiceNow tickets within SLA.
- Collaborate with Security, Development, Product, and Business teams.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- 7+ years of ERP administration and security experience.
- Experience with at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Security, User Access, and Role Design.
- Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC).
- Understanding of Oracle SaaS quarterly releases and patching.
- Experience with configuration migration and import/export in Oracle SaaS.
- OCI knowledge is preferred.
