Job Title: AI Engineer
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite Day 1)
Duration : 12+months
Rate - $62/hr
Mandatory Skills:
- Resume must show 8+ years hands-on software engineering
- Must show hands-on expertise in python.
- Must show enterprise experience in LLM/AI.
- Must show hands-on RAG or LLM API integration work
- Must name at least one cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Must show CI/CD and Git experience
- Must show observability/debugging on distributed systems (e.g., logging, tracing, Kafka, ELK, Splunk)
- Bonus: named LLM platform (OpenAI/Anthropic/Vertex), vector DB, agentic/multi-step workflows, or LLM evaluation/MLOps experience\
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with LLM/AI technologies and enterprise level applications.
- Hands on experience with RAG or LLM API integration.
- Familiarity with LLM platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex) and vector databases.
- Experience in developing agentic/multi step workflows and LLM evaluation/MLOps.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
· Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions in a timely manner.
