• Skills - Servicenow used for access provisioning, CMDB and ITSM with integration to IAM tools. Strong PL/SQL knowledge and ability to understand .NET based integration, AWS, AI/GenAI based outlook
• Good to have: knowledge of Cyberark.
• Strong knowledge of IAM ecosystem and flexible in utilizing his/her past learning in the custom environment of the customer
• Incident and problem management, certification, audit management
• Highly proactive and strong customer management/communication
• Openness to work in a 24x7 mode with leadership skills of driving BAU offshore teams
