Role: FACETS Developer Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months Must Have: • 8+ Years of exp in Facet • 3+ Years of Exp in .Net • 4+ Years of Exp in azure DevOps • FACETS Application Development • Healthcare Payer Domain Expertise • SQL Development & Data Analysis • .NET Development • FACETS Extensions & Customization • Batch Processing & Troubleshooting • System Integration & Testing • Agile Software Development • Production Support About the Role: We are seeking experienced FACETS Developers with strong Healthcare Payer and TriZetto FACETS expertise to support enterprise-scale transformation, enhancement, modernization, and support initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in one or more FACETS functional areas, including Provider, Networks & Pricing, Membership, Billing & Plan Configuration, or Claims & Encounters. This role requires a combination of FACETS functional knowledge, technical development expertise, advanced SQL capabilities, and experience building custom FACETS extensions and integrations. Responsibilities: • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain solutions within the TriZetto FACETS platform. • Participate in end-to-end SDLC activities, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and production support. • Develop and support custom FACETS extensions, integrations, and interface solutions. • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and application solutions. • Develop solutions across Provider, Network Management & Pricing, Membership, Billing & Plan Configuration, Claims Processing & Encounters. • Create and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data validation processes. • Support FACETS batch job development, troubleshooting, monitoring, and optimization. • Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues related to FACETS applications. • Collaborate with Business Analysts and SMEs to ensure successful implementation of business requirements. • Participate in system integration testing, UAT support, release management, and deployment activities. • Support FACETS implementations, upgrades, regulatory mandates, and modernization programs. • Follow Agile delivery practices and participate in sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives. Requirements: • 7+ years of overall IT experience. • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on TriZetto FACETS development experience. • Experience working in Healthcare Payer environments. • Proven experience supporting FACETS implementation and enhancement projects. • Strong development experience with the TriZetto FACETS platform. • Hands-on experience in one or more FACETS functional areas: o Provider o Networks & Pricing o Membership o Billing & Plan Configuration o Claims & Encounters • Strong understanding of: o FACETS Front-End Functionality o FACETS Batch Processes o FACETS Backend Data Models o FACETS Configuration and Extensions • Advanced SQL development and performance tuning. • Strong .NET development experience. • Experience developing and supporting FACETS customizations and extensions. • Experience troubleshooting complex production issues and performing root cause analysis. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional Agile teams.
