Location: New Jersey – Onsite

Required Skills & Experience
- 14+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, Platform Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, or SRE.
- Strong hands-on experience with observability platforms such as Datadog, Dynatrace, Grafana, Splunk, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.
- Strong expertise in Azure, AWS, Kubernetes, and DevOps.
- Experience with enterprise data and analytics platforms including Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Alation, Cloudera, Databricks, and Snowflake.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale monitoring and observability solutions.
- Strong knowledge of telemetry, logging, metrics, tracing, events, alerting, and event correlation.
- Experience defining and implementing SLI/SLO, reliability engineering, incident management, and AIOps capabilities.
- Experience with root cause analysis and automated remediation frameworks.
- Ability to design executive dashboards, operational scorecards, and platform health reporting.
- Experience with monitoring governance, platform onboarding, capacity planning, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise observability architecture, standards, and monitoring frameworks.
- Architect unified monitoring solutions across infrastructure, applications, cloud, data, and analytics platforms.
- Establish telemetry and instrumentation standards.
- Implement event correlation, intelligent alerting, root cause analysis, and automated remediation.
- Develop SLI/SLO and reliability frameworks.
- Build executive operations dashboards and single-pane-of-glass monitoring capabilities.
