Job Title : PLM Program Manager
Location : Freemont, CA (Onsite)
Duration : 12+ months
Role & Responsibility:
- Project Manager – PLM / Engineering Systems
- Support PLM enhancements and implementation initiatives.
- Coordinate business, engineering, IT, and vendor teams.
- Manage schedules, dependencies, risks, testing activities, and deployment readiness.
- Prior experience supporting PLM or engineering systems programs is preferred.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of project management experience.
- Strong planning, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to drive execution, manage risks and dependencies, and provide clear status reporting.
Familiarity with PLM, Enterprise Architecture, Data Migration, AI, or related technology initiatives is beneficial, but deep subject matter expertise is not required.
