Role : SAP BTP Architect – (AI POD) Duration: 12 Months Work site: Remote (EST/CST) Job Description: SAP BTP AI Architect Primary Responsibilities Lead AI use case ideation, discovery, prioritization, feasibility assessment and delivery with AI POD. Define end-to-end architecture for AI agents (BTP), copilots and intelligent workflows on SAP BTP. Design agent orchestration, Human-in-the-Loop controls, governance and security patterns. Define integration architecture for SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, ServiceNow, Microsoft ecosystem and other enterprise applications. Design Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures leveraging enterprise knowledge sources. Establish reusable AI frameworks, reference architectures, coding standards and development accelerators. Review and validate solution designs and technical deliverables. Lead technical workshops, architecture reviews and stakeholder discussions. Provide technical leadership across all AI Squad initiatives. Required Experience 10+ years SAP experience. 5+ years SAP BTP architecture experience. Experience designing enterprise-scale AI solutions and intelligent agents. Experience with both low-code and pro-code SAP BTP development models.
