Business Need We have been actively trying to fill this onsite Model N position for over a month through standard staffing channels, including internal talent pools, existing subcontractor partners, and external recruiting efforts.

Despite extensive efforts, we have been unable to identify a qualified resource with the required combination of Model N functional, technical, and life sciences domain expertise with Green Card/Citizen.

This resource is required for a strategic client program that is currently facing significant delivery pressure due to the open position.

The role is pivotal to supporting key project milestones, stakeholder engagement, solution design activities, and overall program execution.

The continued vacancy has already resulted in client escalations and increased concern regarding our ability to meet committed timelines.
