Detailed Job Description:
- Genesys Architect min 8 yrs exp Architect admin, Architect editor, and Architect read only a user needs at least one of these assigned to their Genesys Cloud user role just to log into Architect at all.
- Genesys Admin full control creates, edit, publishes, and delete flows.
- Editor can build and modify flows but with fewer administrative rights e.g., no deleting others work or managing org wide settings.
- Read only can view flows without making changes, useful for auditors or stakeholders
- Minimum years of experience: 8-10 years
- Education: Bachelor's or Master of Engineering
