Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in CMDB, ITSM, and ITOM modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in real-time ServiceNow implementations, Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations, and CMDB health improvement.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong experience with CMDB, CSDM, Discovery & Service Mapping
- Hands-on experience in ITSM (Incident, Change, Problem, Request, Catalog)
- Strong knowledge of ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Orchestration)
- Experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Script Includes, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub
- REST/SOAP API integrations
- Experience in ServiceNow upgrades and production support
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
