Contract
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the overall ServiceNow architecture roadmap aligned with enterprise objectives.
- Design scalable and sustainable solutions across ServiceNow modules, with a focus on Discovery, CMDB, CSDM, and ITOM.
- Establish CMDB governance frameworks, data models, reconciliation strategies, identification rules, and data quality standards.
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and ensure alignment with ServiceNow standards.
- Architect and oversee implementation of ITOM capabilities, including:
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- Cloud Discovery
- Operational Visibility
- Design enterprise integration architectures using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, and MID Servers.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development, administration, and implementation teams.
- Review solution designs, code quality, and platform configurations to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
- Lead architecture workshops with business stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and leadership.
- Ensure platform scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Define platform governance, development standards, and release management processes.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Infrastructure Teams, and Service Owners to improve operational visibility and service health.
- Support platform upgrades, transformation initiatives, and ServiceNow roadmap planning.
