Hi, Hope you’re doing well. My name is Yashasvi, and I am a Team Lead from Empower Professionals Inc. We are sourcing for a Full Stack Developer/UI/React Developer role located remotely, with a long-term contract of at least 12 months that can be extended further. Role: Full Stack Developer/UI/React Developer Location: Remote Duration: 12+ Months Role: We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with a strong frontend background to join a major UI modernization effort for an enterprise healthcare identity and access management portal. You will work across the full frontend stack — from build tooling and design system adoption to building production-quality React components and admin surfaces — and collaborate closely with a Tech Lead who owns architecture and code review. You are comfortable working in a CIAM environment with OAuth2/OIDC authentication flows, have experience with ForgeRock or similar identity platforms, and can navigate Kubernetes-based deployment pipelines on AWS EKS. Responsibilities: • Migrate the app from Create React App to Vite; update React, TypeScript, and React Router to current major versions • Adopt a new design system; establish design tokens, CSS custom properties, and utility classes across the app; remove legacy CSS-in-JS • Build the new app shell: sticky header, collapsible dark sidebar navigation, and footer • Build new dashboard surfaces: personalized hero section with animations, onboarding journey stepper, application tile grid, and supporting panels • Build redesigned admin tables for organization and user management: sortable columns, status indicators, search, filter, and pagination • Build multi-step modal wizards with form validation and API integration • Wire components to authenticated user state, SCIM/IDM APIs, and entitlement data • Maintain and extend ForgeRock journey integrations (login, MFA, email and phone validation, password update, identity verification) • Coordinate with DevOps on build output, environment configuration, and Docker/Nginx compatibility • Deploy and validate changes in Kubernetes namespaces on AWS EKS across dev, sandbox, and UAT environments Requirements: • Strong proficiency in React with TypeScript — functional components, hooks, and state management with Redux Toolkit • Deep CSS skills: design token systems, custom properties, Grid, Flexbox, and accessible animation • Frontend build tooling: Vite or Webpack, environment variable management, bundle optimization • Form state management and validation using React Hook Form, Zod, or equivalent; experience building complex multi-step UI patterns • Accessible component development: ARIA, keyboard navigation, WCAG 2.1 AA; ability to implement from high-fidelity UX prototypes or Figma • Hands-on experience with ForgeRock Access Manager (AM) or Identity Management (IDM); understanding of OAuth2 / OIDC flows, SCIM, and role-based access control in single-page applications • AWS EKS: deploying and validating frontend workloads in Kubernetes namespaces across dev, sandbox, and UAT environments • Docker and Nginx: containerized frontend builds, SPA serving config, and CI/CD pipeline integration Nice to have: • Experience migrating from Create React App to Vite or removing styled-components from a large codebase • Cypress or other E2E test authoring alongside feature development • Healthcare or regulated industry background (HIPAA awareness a plus) Yashasvi Hasija Sr. Technical Recruiter |Empower Professionals ......................................................................................................................................
