Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Platform/Product with a strong foundation in UI/UX design principles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing our platform and product offerings, ensuring a seamless user experience through effective design and functionality. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and a keen eye for design, making it essential for candidates to demonstrate a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain scalable platform and product solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.

Collaborate with cross functional teams, including product management, design, and engineering, to define and implement innovative solutions.Apply strong UI/UX design principles to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces.

Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve product offerings.Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in UI/UX design and development.

Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience in UI/UX design principles and methodologies.Strong proficiency in front end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile first development.Ability to translate complex concepts into user friendly designs.Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or a related field.7+ Years of experience in software development with a focus on UI/UX design.Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in UI/UX design and development.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.
