Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience in Agile environments to support Salesforce product initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in gathering business requirements, defining Epics and User Stories, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.

Must Have Skills :

10+ years of Business Analyst experience.
Strong experience with Salesforce product definition, feature definition, Epic creation, and User Story writing.
Safe Agile trained/certified.
Hands-on experience with JIRA, agilecraft, Kanban, Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Expertise in requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Experience conducting Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Grooming.
Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall SDLC.
Excellent communication, documentation, presentation, and mentoring skills.

Nice to Have :

Knowledge of telecom (telco) products and services.
Experience with microsoft office suite and sharepoint.

Key Responsibilities :

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
Define product features, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for salesforce initiatives.
Manage and prioritize product backlog in collaboration with product owners.
Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Track project progress using jira and agilecraft while reporting sprint health and team metrics.
Work closely with development, qa, and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
Support agile transformation initiatives and mentor team members on agile best practices.
Ensure requirements are complete, traceable, and aligned with business objectives.
Participate in release planning and continuous improvement activities.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
8+ years of business analysis experience.
Experience working on salesforce implementation or enhancement projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

This role is ideal for a Salesforce Technical Product Owner with strong SAFe Agile experience, excellent requirement management skills, and the ability to lead Agile teams in delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions.
