Job Title           : IAM Lead (Identity & Access Management)

Location           : [Portland, OR]
Duration          : 12 months

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IAM Lead to design, implement, enhance, and support enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Identity Governance, Identity Lifecycle Management, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Privileged Access Management (PAM), with hands-on experience leading enterprise IAM implementations and migrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end IAM architecture and integration patterns across enterprise applications.
• Implement and support SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) for identity governance, access requests, certifications, provisioning workflows, RBAC, and SoD.
• Manage Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) for identity synchronization, lifecycle management, connectors, and user provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Support and optimize Imprivata SSO authentication workflows and user access.
• Lead migration initiatives from legacy IAM platforms to SailPoint IIQ, MIM, and Delinea.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to integrate IAM solutions.
• Ensure IAM controls comply with SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, ISO 27001, and internal security policies.

Must-Have Skills

• 10+ years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)
• Experience with Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM)
• Experience with Imprivata SSO
• Knowledge of Identity Governance, RBAC, SoD, and Identity Lifecycle Management
• Experience with User Provisioning & Deprovisioning
• Experience leading IAM migration projects
• Knowledge of compliance standards: SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, and ISO 27001

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Delinea (PAM).
• Experience integrating enterprise applications with IAM platforms.
• Healthcare domain experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
