Job Description
We are seeking a ServiceNow QA Test Engineer to support a large-scale government ServiceNow implementation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications, developing automated test suites using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF), and ensuring platform quality, security, and compliance.
Required Skills
- 4+ years of Software QA experience
- 2+ years of ServiceNow QA experience
- Strong experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
- Testing ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM, etc.)
- Test strategy, test planning, and test case development
- Regression, functional, integration, and UAT testing
- Defect tracking using Jira or ServiceNow Agile/Test Management
- Knowledge of FedRAMP security controls
- Understanding of Section 508 accessibility compliance
- Experience with Selenium or other automation tools (preferred)
Preferred Certifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ISTQB Certified Tester
