Locals Manual QA Engineer Location: Lisle, IL (4 days a week onsite) Duration: 12+ Months Must have: • 8 + Years of exp as Manual QA • 3 + Years of Exp in Azure DevOps • 4+ Years of exp in Executing functional, regression, integration, UI, API, and performance testing Responsibilities: • Responsible for ensuring software quality through manual and automated testing, defect identification, validation, and continuous process improvement to deliver reliable, high-quality applications. • Analyze requirements and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data. • Execute functional, regression, integration, UI, API, and performance testing. • Identify, log, track, and verify defects through resolution. • Develop and maintain automation test scripts. • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality deliverables. • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and provide quality-related feedback. • Prepare test reports, metrics, and release sign-off documentation. • Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and quality standards. Requirements: • Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC. • Experience in Manual and Automation Testing (e.g., Selenium). • Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman. • Familiarity with defect tracking tools like Jira. Good analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
