- 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Software Engineering Program Management, or related technical leadership roles
- Strong understanding of embedded systems development and software engineering lifecycles
- Experience managing CI/CD initiatives, automation programs, or large-scale validation platforms
- Familiarity with C/C++, embedded software environments, and hardware/software integration workflows
- Experience coordinating cloud infrastructure or automation initiatives using AWS or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks, release management, and engineering operations
- Proven ability to manage complex technical dependencies across multiple teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced engineering environments
