Role: Lead Java Full Stack Tech with ReactJS Exp with Telecom domain

Job Description:
We are looking for a Java Full Stack Tech Lead with strong ReactJS expertise and Telecom domain experience to lead design, development, and delivery of scalable, high performance applications. The role combines hands on development with technical leadership, architecture oversight, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end to end design and development of Java Full Stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and ReactJS
• Define application architecture, coding standards, and best practices
• Guide and mentor developers; perform code reviews and ensure quality compliance
• Translate business and telecom requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Drive API design, system integration, and performance optimisation
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, DevOps, and QA teams
• Ensure security, scalability, and reliability of applications
• Support production releases, defect resolution, and continuous improvement
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
• Strong hands on experience in Java (8+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices
• Front end expertise in ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins
• Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure – preferred)
• Strong understanding of system design and distributed architecture
Domain & Leadership
• Telecom domain experience (Telecom Network Inventory)
• Experience leading teams in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience & Education
• 8–12 years of overall IT experience
• Minimum 2–3 years in a Tech Lead / Technical Architect–like role
