Overview

Client is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support its Salesforce CRM platform, a critical component of the company's digital transformation initiatives and recurring revenue growth strategy.

The ideal candidate will serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions while ensuring alignment with platform best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

  • Partner closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and SMEs to understand business requirements.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for Salesforce-driven improvements.
  • Create and refine user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and business requirements documentation.
  • Act as the bridge between business users and technical development teams.

Solution Design & Salesforce Configuration

  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Leads, and Developers to design Salesforce solutions.
  • Assist in Salesforce configuration, including:
    • Custom Objects
    • Custom Fields
    • Page Layouts
    • Reports & Dashboards
    • Flows & Workflow Automation
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, flexible, and aligned with Salesforce best practices.

Testing & Deployment

  • Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
  • Validate that implemented solutions meet business requirements.

Data & Integration Management

  • Support data migration and integration initiatives.
  • Help define data quality, governance, and integrity standards.
  • Collaborate on system integration strategies and workflows.

Training & Support

  • Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage new Salesforce features and releases.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Salesforce Business Systems Analyst.
  • Strong experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
