Location: Richardson, TX 75082 (Hybrid)
Duration: 6-12 Months
Job Description:

SAP MDG Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA.
-
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, and support of SAP S/4HANA MDG implementation projects, ensuring system availability, performance, and technical compliance.
Basic Qualifications – Lead Consultant:
-
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution (Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of each year of education)

At least 10 years of overall experience in Information Technology
Preferred Qualifications:
-
At least 8 years of experience working in complex SAP environments
-
Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA MDG implementation projects
-
At least 10 years of overall experience in Information Technology

Strong experience in Master Data Strategy definition, collaborating with business teams to architect master data requirements
-
Data Modeling: Designing and implementing data models to support Master Data Governance
-
Project Implementation: Leading and facilitating MDG implementation projects
-
Configuration and Maintenance: Configuring and maintaining SAP MDG solutions
-
Best Practices Guidance: Advising on SAP MDG best practices and governance frameworks
-
Technical Support: Providing support for SAP S/4HANA MDG, Ariba, and relevant third-party integrations
-
Client Engagement: Participation in preparation, conception, realization, and go-live of MDG implementation projects

Feasibility Studies: Conducting feasibility assessments and process design reviews
-
IT Support Activities: Defining detailed functional and technical specifications for development requirements

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-
Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in Master Data Governance

ABAP experience and certifications are beneficial
-
SAP MDG certification is advantageous
-
Knowledge of SAP Transport Management concepts and processes.
Work Requirements:

Role involves extended periods of sitting and working at a computer

Ability to communicate effectively via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions

Travel may be required based on project needs
