Job Title: Salesforce Developer
Location: Juno Beach, FL (Onsite)
Duration: 6-12 Months
Key Responsibilities:

Continuously monitor and improve Salesforce platform security posture — including OWD, sharing rules, permission sets, profiles, field-level security, and session policies
-
Use Agentic AI tools to automate security scanning, vulnerability triage, and remediation documentation across Salesforce release cycles

Execute and own SDLC-integrated security checkpoints — threat modeling, security design reviews, pre-deployment scans, and post-release audits

Lead Salesforce Shield, Event Monitoring, and platform encryption implementations for regulated data environments

Drive Enhancements & Hardening (E&H) backlog for platform stability — technical debt remediation, deprecated API cleanup, and performance tuning
-
Partner with Salesforce COE leads on NERC/utility-sector compliance requirements, audit readiness, and risk mitigation documentation

Collaborate with release management to enforce security gates within CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset, SFDX)
-
Maintain an AI-assisted platform health dashboard to surface risks, SLA breaches, and improvement opportunities in real time
Required Skills:
-
6+ years of Salesforce platform engineering with a security and governance focus

Hands-on experience with Salesforce Shield, Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring, and Health Check

Familiarity with AI-assisted security scanning, code analysis, and automated test generation

Knowledge of OWASP, NIST, and utility/NERC compliance frameworks a strong plus

Salesforce Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, or Security Specialist certification preferred
