Role: Product Owner/Scrum Master Location: Richmond, VA (hybrid) Duration: 12+ Months Must Have: - Business Analyst/ Product manager – 5+ of years of PM role - Business Analysis - Reporting Analytics - Scrum Master - Agile Ceremonies Requirements: • 8-12+ years of experience in IT delivery with strong Agile project experience. • Proven experience as a Product Owner and/or Scrum Master. • Strong exposure to Data & Analytics domains (Data Engineering, BI, Reporting, Dashboards). • Hands on experience in requirements analysis / BSA activities. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience using Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent. In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $50-60/hr.
