Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator with a strong background in ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management, User Management, and TSM development. The ideal candidate will have 3 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on ServiceNow platforms. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage and optimize ServiceNow functionalities to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability.

Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure secure access to the ServiceNow environment.

Develop and implement TSM (Technical Service Management) solutions to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Provide support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow incidents and requests.

Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to recommend improvements.

Assist in the development of training materials and user documentation.
Mandatory Skills:

Proven experience in ServiceNow Enterprise Service Management.

Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration, including user management and role based access control.

Experience in TSM development and implementation.

Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript and knowledge of ServiceNow APIs.
