Job Title : Senior IBM FileNet Developer
Location : Atlanta-GA (Hybrid)
Duration : 12+Months
Role Overview
The Senior IBM FileNet Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing workflow‑driven content management and business process automation solutions using IBM FileNet P8, IBM BPM/BAW, and KwikWork Business Process Framework (BPF).
Key Responsibilities
Workflow Development & Configuration
- Design and develop workflows using IBM FileNet P8 and KwikWork BPF
- Configure:
- Electronic forms
- Workflow queues
- Routing rules and decision logic
- Customize and optimize business workflows for performance and scalability
Business Process Automation
- Automate manual business processes such as:
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Proof of Delivery
- Loan Processing
- Enable Straight‑Through Processing (STP) to reduce manual intervention
System & Application Integration
- Integrate KwikWork BPF with:
- ERP systems
- External business applications
- Support bi‑directional data exchange and automated document distribution
Document Lifecycle Management
- Develop solutions for content ingestion:
- Paper
- Digital formats
- EDI
- Implement exception handling within a unified user interface
Governance & Compliance
- Develop role‑based security models
- Implement audit trails and approval workflows
- Ensure regulatory compliance through secure content and process design
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills
- Strong experience in IBM FileNet P8 development
- Hands‑on experience with:
- IBM BPM / IBM BAW Tools
- Process Designer
- Process Tracker
- Process Administration
- IBM Case Manager experience
- Java development experience
- Familiarity with WebSphere Application Server / WebSphere Portal
- Experience with vwTool and ACCE
Functional & Analytical Skills
- Strong understanding of BPM concepts and workflow design
- Ability to analyze business processes and propose automation improvements
- Experience working in agile development environments
