Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce FullStack Lead to design, develop, enhance, and support scalable enterprise applications. This role requires strong expertise in Salesforce development combined with modern full-stack technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements, improve system performance, and ensure operational stability.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications.
Build and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce configuration.
Develop front-end and back-end components using modern JavaScript frameworks and APIs.
Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver iterative solutions.
Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.

Required Qualifications

8+ years of overall software development experience.
Strong expertise in Salesforce development, including:
Apex
Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce administration and configuration
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and enterprise application development.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
