Pay $52/Hr. Max
Interview Process and Skills
- In-person interview Mandatory
- Strong analytical skills
- 6-8 years' Experience Required
- Comfort using AI for data analysis
- The ability to connect to databases and run queries
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analyst / Data Engineer role is to support leasing space data superiority initiatives within the CRE domain.
- The candidate should have strong experience understanding data models and relationships, writing complex queries in Postgres and Snowflake, analyzing data, and leveraging AI tools for insights.
Required Skills:
- Data Analyst with strong understanding of Data models, writing complex queries in PostgreSQL & Snowflake.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) Or Master’s in Data Management, Information Science, or Business Analytics
