Senior Kafka Administrator

We are looking for a Senior Kafka Administrator to administer and support enterprise Apache Kafka clusters, including installation, configuration, upgrades, capacity planning, and performance tuning in Linux environments. The role involves managing topics, partitions, replication, and retention policies, as well as troubleshooting broker, producer/consumer, latency, and lag related issues. The candidate will work with Kafka ecosystem tools such as Zookeeper/KRaft, Schema Registry, and Kafka Connect, and collaborate with DevOps and application teams for deployments and integrations. Responsibilities also include implementing monitoring, automation, and security (SSL/SASL, ACLs), maintaining documentation, and providing production support and on-call coverage.
