Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Design Engineer with strong experience in Electro Logix-based design environments, hardware design, and application logic development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with ACE, AutoCAD, and MicroStation, and a solid background in electrical/control system design, preferably in utilities or infrastructure projects.
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field

Proven experience in hardware design and application logic design

Hands-on experience with:
-
ACE (Advanced Control Environment)
-
AutoCAD
-
MicroStation
-
Strong understanding of electrical schematics, control systems, and protection systems

Ability to interpret technical specifications and standards

Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Key Responsibilities:
-
Design and develop electrical hardware systems and control panels
-
Create and modify application logic designs for protection and control systems
-
Develop detailed engineering drawings using AutoCAD and MicroStation
-
Work with ACE (Advanced Control Environment) for design, configuration, and documentation
-
Prepare schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings
-
Ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and project specifications
-
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, project management, and field teams
-
Support testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting activities when required
-
Maintain accurate documentation and revision control of engineering deliverables
