Role: Lead Architect (Cresta) Duration: 12 Month Location: Remote Note: Preferred Comcast Experience and Onsite Preferred - Westchester PA or Philadelphia PA Looking for an experienced Lead Architect with expertise on Cresta with the below skills - Key skills: • Assess current architecture and potential blockers to enabling the full Cresta capabilities • Understanding of Cresta capabilities required to meet Comcast’s program goals and timelines • Understanding of key systems / processes in telecom and chat, data platforms (for real time context and reporting / analytics), AI decisioning, cross platform integrations, etc. • Support end to end architecture: strategy, documentation, and gap analysis. • Leverage industry best practices and future state business architecture to facilitate shared end-state technical architecture. • Document data and system integration plan with blockers and possible solutions. • Document ”end state” architecture across enterprise AI platforms, agent tools, voice/chat platforms, and data platforms enabling the full set of Cresta capabilities. • Platform business requirements to address identified gaps. In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $30 – $45/hr.
