Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled Generative AI Specialist with hands on experience in prompt engineering, LLM model fine tuning, and Novasonic integration. The ideal candidate will design, optimize, and deploy AI driven solutions that enhance productivity, creativity, and automation across business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Prompt Engineering: Develop, refine, and optimize prompts for large language models (LLMs) to achieve high quality outputs across diverse use cases.
• LLM Model Expertise: Work with cutting edge LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, LLaMA, etc.) to fine tune, evaluate, and deploy models for enterprise applications.
• Novasonic Integration: Implement and customize Novasonic frameworks/tools for advanced AI workflows, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
• Solution Development: Build scalable GenAI applications for text, audio, and multimodal tasks.
• Evaluation & Benchmarking: Establish metrics to measure model performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and research teams to translate business needs into AI powered solutions.
• Innovation: Stay updated on emerging GenAI trends, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve AI capabilities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in prompt design and optimization for LLMs.
• Hands on experience with LLM architectures and fine tuning techniques.
• Practical knowledge of Novasonic tools/frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
• Familiarity with multimodal AI (text, audio, image).
• Experience in evaluating AI models using quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in deploying GenAI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of vector databases, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), and AI pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud AI platforms (Azure AI, AWS Sagemaker, GCP Vertex AI).
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex AI concepts to non technical stakeholders
