• Lead the definition of integration requirements, verification planning, verification execution and manage controlled integration activities across subsystems.

• Drive Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), and enable continuous testing workflows to strengthen product quality and development efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with cross functional teams across sites to identify and manage technical program risks, dependencies, integration risks, and design trade offs.

• Ensure adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements and support Design History File (DHF) release.

• Demonstrate leadership in Verification & Validation (V&V) strategy development, planning, and execution.

• Serve as the ALM administrator to facilitate effective requirements and test management for the team.

• Exhibit strong debugging skills across hardware, firmware, and software boundaries, accompanied by clear technical communication and documentation.

• Expert level ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, influence technical and strategic decisions, and maintain a long term, strategic perspective.

• Demonstrated track record of delivering on project goals while meeting requirements for quality, performance, and schedule.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to assess data objectively, anticipate obstacles, and develop effective mitigation plans.

• Working knowledge of tools such as ALM, ClearQuest, and Rally.

Desired Characteristics

• Ability to work effectively with global teams, including flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones.
