Location : Dallas, TX (Onsite)

Duration : 12+ Months

Job Description:

Responsibilities

Own delivery of one or more WMS implementation/Support projects as a Lead.

Work with various customer stakeholders, BY product vendor & various project teams including competitors and lead the program discussions Define/review the solution, design document, configuration aspects, test scripts, interface document etc.

Lead Functional configuration, extension customizations and integrations with BY WMS Provide product implementation expertise including system architecture design, application functionality and design, development, testing, and deployment Communicate all project issues related to system architecture design, application design, development, testing, and deployment Review and delivering on-time and high-quality project deliverables Draft and review SOW for new client engagement Mentor the functional and technical consultants on an engagement Drive Gen AI and Automation use cases in the project.

Evaluate solution alternatives and propose solution architecture.

Anchor performance engineering activities.

Lead technical discussions with customer architects.

Provide inputs for build and deployment automation strategy.

Evangelize usage of reusable frameworks and artifacts.

Ensure application/system specific stability, security and performance Proactively monitor application and system for potential issues Lead and help resolving application specific technical and infrastructure related problems Manage regular system / application upgrades, patches and maintenance releases Implement automations using CI/CD practices and production health anomaly detection Coordinate with sector deployment teams for software release management and governance

BY WMS DSO Setup, recommendations and driving DSO for a large organization with hands on experience – (Candidate to share specific relevant details on below experience) - · Leadership and driving following BY WMS DSO tracks for an organization (atleast 2 customer and separate programs) share details overall for this item · Scale in terms of # of project teams and warehouses managed as part of one program · Release Management and version control · Environment Management · Instance Management · Repository Management · Security and Control · Exposure working with multiple complex BY WMS programs at same customer · Led BY WMS complex transformation programs , specify role and how many projects/details · Led large support engagements - specify exact role played and how many projects/details led · Specify # of years of hands on experience with BY WMS 2023 -
