Role: Business Analyst
Duration: 6 months C2C
Location: Brooklyn, NY ( ONSITE) W2/C2C/1099
Work Authorization: Citizen and Green Card
Experience: 10 -12 Years
Required Qualifications
· 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Lead with hands-on Workday experience.
· Proven track record in Workday deployment or large-scale system implementation (HCM, Payroll, Finance, or Time & Absence preferred).
· Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-department technology projects.
· Strong understanding of HR, Finance, and IT business processes.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage executive stakeholders and end users.
· Ability to influence decisions, drive accountability, and guide project teams
Preferred Skills
· Experience with post-go-live Workday stabilization or enhancement cycles
· Business process reengineering and workflow documentation experience
- Technical comfort with reporting, integrations, or data conversion is a plus
