Job Description:
Role Summary: We are seeking an elite ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) to drive the strategic vision and technical governance of our ServiceNow platform. As the onshore platform leader, you will partner with business executives to ensure the platform scales effectively, avoids technical debt, and delivers transformational value across SecOps, CSM, IRM, Service Bridge, Domain Separation, and custom applications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Define the enterprise-wide architecture, governance, and multi-year roadmap for the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide strategic consulting to business leaders, identifying opportunities to automate workflows and improve service delivery.
• Establish and enforce best practices for development, data modeling, instance strategy, and platform security.
• Lead design review boards and ensure all customizations adhere to out-of-the-box (OOTB) principles whenever possible.
• Oversee the technical delivery of complex, multi-module implementations.
• Mentor technical leads and bridges the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
Requirements:
• Active ServiceNow Certified Master Architect (CMA) certification is mandatory.
• 10+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years dedicated to architectural design and implementation within the ServiceNow ecosystem.
• Deep expertise across multiple ServiceNow product lines (SecOps, CSM, IRM [TPRM], Industrial Manager).
• Exceptional executive-level communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF).
