Remote - CLM Business Analyst (Contract Lifecycle Management) EST/CST

Job Description: • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Analyst to join our Contract Lifecycle Management team. • The ideal candidate will have a strong CLM background with an understanding of Contract Management Process. • Knowledge and understanding of configuring CLM platform like Docusign or Icertis is preferred. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct workshops with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements for CLM projects. • Analyze, document, and redesign current-state contract configuration and workflows. • Strong ability to analyze complex processes and translate them into functional, user-centric technical specifications • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions, demos, UATs and other key meetings with client stake holders. • Act as the primary liaison between the client and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project requirements. • Configure CLM platform - Docusign, including setting up workflows, templates, metadata, and user dashboards. • Support user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test cases, and troubleshoot issues to ensure quality. • Collaborate with both onshore and offshore team members to ensure seamless project delivery. • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. In compliance with the salary transparency law, the expected pay range for this role is $30 – $45/hr. Actual compensation depends on experience and interview evaluation.
