Job Description:
Experience: 10+ Years
Core Skills (Combined):
- Mainframe & Development: COBOL, DB2, JCL, IMS DB/DC, mainframe support, maintenance, testing, enhancement, development operations.
- IMS Expertise: Strong hands-on in IMS DB/DC, transaction processing, database management, SQL queries, data access.
- Database & Data Handling: SQL, test data identification, data mining, database analysis.
- Production Support & Operations: L2/L3 support, issue resolution, incident management, service delivery, operational support.
- Leadership & Coordination: Team management (onsite/offshore), task allocation, support operations coordination, stakeholder management.
- Business & Functional Understanding: Requirement analysis, translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Domain Knowledge: Manufacturing domain (preferred).
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication, cross-functional coordination, customer interaction, timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mainframe support, maintenance, and testing activities.
- Manage IMS DB/DC-based applications and database operations.
- Coordinate daily support operations and task assignments.
- Ensure timely issue resolution and service delivery.
- Perform data analysis, test data preparation, and database queries.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Handle onsite-offshore coordination and communication.
- Translate business requirements into support and enhancement solutions.
