Job Title: QA / Release Manager
Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a senior QA / Release Manager to own quality and release coordination across multiple integrated systems. This role blends hands-on QA leadership with release planning, environment management, and cross-team coordination in a multi-platform Agile environment.
Key Deliverables:

Environment strategy covering all systems in scope

Centralized deployment calendar across teams and platforms
-
Environment refresh and configuration management plans
-
Tracking and reporting of code and configuration changes across environments
Primary Responsibilities:
-
Define, document, and implement QA processes and standards
-
Create and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts
-
Ensure full test coverage across applications, integrations, and ETL pipelines
-
Coordinate releases, deployments, and configuration changes across systems
-
Manage dependencies and schedules in Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
-
Oversee environment readiness and release execution
-
Identify, analyze, and track defects to root cause
-
Communicate risks, issues, and release status clearly and on time
-
Drive continuous improvement using metrics and test results
-
Coach and guide QA team members on best practices
Required Skills & Experience:
-
Strong experience managing QA and Release Management in multi-system environments
-
Proven ability to coordinate releases across multiple platforms (not limited to Salesforce)
-
Experience with release management tools, scheduling, and dependency tracking
-
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and ART coordination
-
Hands-on experience with functional, integration, and ETL testing

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Nice to Have:

Experience supporting large enterprise or M&A environments

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools

Prior leadership or mentoring experience in QA teams
