Key Responsibilities:
Define scalable, secure, and resilient architecture for enterprise applications and microservices.
Lead architecture decisions across Java/Spring Boot and selected Python-based solutions.
Translate business needs into technical designs, solution roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
Establish and enforce design principles, coding standards, and best practices.
Conduct architecture and code reviews; mentor developers and technical leads.
Identify and resolve system bottlenecks, performance issues, and architectural risks.
Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend appropriate frameworks and tools.
Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, security, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable solutions.
Drive cloud-native adoption using AWS/GCP , Docker, and Kubernetes.
Support DevOps, CI/CD, and operational excellence practices.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of software development experience, including significant architecture experience in Java-based systems.
Deep expertise in Java 8/11/17 and Spring Boot.
Strong experience with microservices and distributed systems design.
Experience with AWS and/or GCP cloud platforms.
Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as Oracle and MySQL, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, Maven, and Gradle.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
