Below is the JD.
Responsibilities:
· Serve as a Center of Excellence for Sales, SalesOps, Product, Marketing processes. This includes enablement and enforcement of existing best practices
· Co-author technical documentation, administrative best practices, and frameworks for implementing and maintaining those best practices across the portfolio in JIRA and Confluence
· Provide administrative support and development bandwidth across varying platforms in the following categories:
o SFDC (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Experience Portal, Service Cloud etc.)
o Sales Enablement solutions (SalesLoft, iCapture, Ringlead, etc.)
o eSignature (Docusign, Conga, etc)
o Project Management (TaskRay, Asana, etc)
Basic Qualifications
· You have 8-10 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator, power user, or other related database ownership experience.
· 4-5 years of experience in SFDC CPQ is required
· You have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Other Qualifications
· You have the patience to 'peel the onion' and the drive to propose and deliver technical and process solutions
· You’re comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and energized by meeting short-term business demands
· You have excellent attention to detail and willingness to pitch in when necessary
· You have worked in an agile environment or with software development products like JIRA and their equivalent
